Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested for fraud-in a cell for 17 hours and then released. This fraud case in still on my record 19 months later. How can I get it expunged or removed from my record.

If you were not convicted, but just charged, you will need to "seal" the arrest.
