arrested for outstanding warrant now awaiting expedition
arrested in the state of illinois on outstanding warrant out of Arizona, for failure to appear is there a time frame/limit on how long he can be held by the state of illinois for Arizona to expeditie him back?

Under Uniform Criminal Extradition Act typically not to exceed 90 days.
