Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested for resisting and assulting and officer but he asulted me and then arrested me I called 911 and then Isp no one was there but myself and the officer and special agent tells me he has to interveiw everone that was there is this descrimintion

Discrimination? Are you a member of a minority group? You don't say. Maybe you mean is this a case of "police brutality"? Is it? It's the arresting officer's word against yours, which is not an easy situation. But it doesn't mean that the special agent, who may be with internal affairs, won't be able to sort through this. If you feel you were dealt with improperly, however, you should see a civil rights attorney.
