Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was arrested on a warrant for residential burglary and theft. There is no witness that saw me come or go from the home. No recovery of the medications that were taken. But there may be a fingerprint in the home. The ironic thing is i did enter the home in Nov of 08 but this happened on May 20 of 09 and i didn't have anything to do with it. First appearance is aug 12th what should I do????
