Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I am being asked to come to the police station in aurora Illinois, this incident involves a lost credit. Card that I used to purchase a 100 debit card and gas.
Can I be charged with a crime.

Absolutely! The police want you to come in and answer their questions. Your answers will be used against you and can form the basis for your arrest and subsequent prosecution. I would highly advice against you going into the police station without an attorney present.
