Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
attorney general
By boyfriend was arrested on Thursday for failure to pay child support. He owes more than $10,000, so it could be considered a felony. The jail officers told me that he has to meet with an attorney general on Wednesday. Why? What does the attorney general do?
