Auto Insurance Card question
Hi!
What would be the charge for forging an automobile insurance card?

There are two possible penalties. There is a specific Class "A" misdemeanor that carries up to 364 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,500. Depending on if the card is actually used, there is a possible forgery charge which is a Class 4 felony that carries a possible prison sentence of 1 to 3 years.
