Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Back in 2000/2001 I was arrested for battery and plea bargained and accepted anger management, I fulfilled the requirement and case was dismissed with prejudice. What does that mean and is it considered a conviction?

A dismissal is not a conviction and with prejudice means they can't bring those same charges against you again.
