bad investment
If a person is considered mentally ill and they make a major money investment buying a house and it is later discovered that they have been taken advantage of because of their mentallity would they be considered capable of making a big decision such as this with their condition?

Mentally ill person may be able to avoid the contact because he or she lacked capacity to enter into the contract in the first place. However, need more information in order to advise as to whether that is the case or not.
