Bail Money
Is it o.k. for a lawyer to recoup bail money when the person who is sole sole signiture on the bond form never agreed for the lawyer to take it?

Right on the bail bond receipt that you signed it says that the money posted for bail can be used for the payment of fines, court costs, and legal fees. By signing the receipt you agreed to those terms. It pays to read before you sign.
