Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Bank Managr
The mgr at my bank transferred funds from my savings to my checking. I contacted custome serv. no help. Bank closed. Is it against the law for her to transfer funds without my ok? She did not even try to get intouch with me.

Hello. If you have overdraft protection, then usually this is permissible. However, absent such a
product, funds should not have been transferred. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
