What are the chances that the Govonor is going to give a pardon to any felon, in the state of Illinois, to become a lawyer?

What are the odds, 1 in a million?

It really depends upon the facts of the felony matter, and the life the individual has lived since the crime. I have successfully pursued pardons on behalf of an individual who had an 18 year old burglary and was prohibited from coaching his daughter's soccer team because of it. It can be done. Good luck.
