Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I have a battery misdemeanor in Illinois from 2007 I completed the required sentence and case was closed how long do I need to put down my charge on job apps and the such and will it ever clear off?

It truly depends. Your charge may be expungeable. If you received supervision on your battery, I can have the charge expunged as if it never happened. If you received a conviction, you may still be able to have it sealed.
