i have a bench warrant. how do i get on the county courthouse docket without going and turning myself into the police?

You have to file a Motion to Quash and Recall the Warrant and you have to give proper notice to the prosecutor, typically the State but it could be a city of village depending on the charge. The best thing to do is to hire an attorney to assist you.
