bonds
i'm currently out on bond and i have to turn myself in today for some other misdeamenor case. is it possible for me to bond out on this case?

If there is a bond set on the new case, you will be able to bond out. However, depending upon when the cases happened, there may be a new charge regarding the old case: violation of your bond on that case. A condition of your bond is to not pick up any new charges. On the potential new charge, you may be denied bond, or it could be set fairly high. You should consult a lawyer in order to best protect your freedom.
