Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
my boy friend is in jail because he was accursed of an home invasion hes been locked up for a year and a half and the court is keep continuing dragging his case every month they have nothing on him and they still wont release himwhat r they trying to do.

He needs to get an attorney and if he can't afford one, the court can appoint one. What are they trying to do? I have no clue; maybe he does. He needs to be able to confide in an attorney.
