My boyfriend is in jail and charge with aggervated battery against a police officer. when he went to court he said he was going to cop out for two years but the state said they had to talk to the officer, the officer didn't have any injury he said he refuse medical attention. Do this mean they will try to give him more then the two years his case carries 2-5 he have been convicted on drug charges but no battery.
