Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i tried to break up a fight where 2 boys were jumping on 1 boy,because i was yelling for them to get off the boy i was given a ticket for disorderly conduct,is this something i can fight in court or should i just pay the fine?

Based on what you've written, the police officer had bigger problems to deal with other than you yelling for a fight to stop. You did not commit a crime and should not be fined or plead guilty to anything in my opinion.
You can fight this matter in court and I would recommend you do so.
