Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
breaking & entering, my rights, & was questioned w/out lawer
was involved with a breaking & entering, was taken
in with-out counsel, gave a confession, was really
confused, do not know just what to do. They seem to
have me over a barrel.

If you gave the confession prior to being "Mirandized", there may be a chance to supress it, and if so, then it can't be used against you. If you had been warned, then there are still some circumstances in which the confession may not have been voluntary. You need to contact counsel right away.
