Car crash estimate responsibility
If I hit a car and I was uninsured at the time, must I accept the estimate given from the dealership. Or, am I allowed by law to obtain at least three estimates?

Re: Car crash estimate responsibility
You can insist on an independent estimate (you do not need to use the other driver's mechanic). But multiple estimates are going to be at your expense.
