my case
Iam being charge with armed robbery with a bat. Iam on 18 months probation what do you think might happen when i go court and pleade gulity.

Before anyone can even attempt to predict what your sentence would be, I would need to know the facts of your case, your background, what you are on probation for and where your case is pending at a minimum.

The previous attorney's answer is correct, but from the facts you have stated it certainly appears to me that if you make the mistake of pleading guilty without an attorney negotiating a plea bargain, you will be going to prison and your probation will be revoked resulting in another sentence on that case. Hire the best attorney yo can afford.

First of all, armed robbery is a "Class X" felony carrying a sentence of 6 to 30 years in prison. You need an experienced criminal defense lawyer. You should not go to court and plead guilty without consulting a lawyer. Please call for a free consultation.
