Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I own a catering company. My catering Director's husband cut the phone wires to my business. Disabling phones, internet and alarm systems. I have this incident recorded on DVR. The incident has been reported to the police. My employee is getting divorced and I assume that is why her husband did it. I intend on pressing charges.
What would the charges be? Punishment? etc.

Most likely you will be questioned by the local police and the State/City Attorney/Prosecutor will determine what to charge the Defendant with.
