charge with battery at work
my question is if there is no witness her word vs. mine what are my chance to win the case i do have charther witness that would speak in my behave by letter or by showing up to court

Many cases are determined based on the credibility of witnesses. Who is more believable. Generally a character witness can only testify to reputation in the community, for example, you reputation in the community is that you are law abiding and peaceful.
