How long is the sentences for a person
being charge with aiding and abiding an
aggravted battery.

Actually, it's "accountability" for another's offense. Aggravated battery is a Class 2 felony, and under Illinois law a person accountable for another committing aggravated battery is sentenced as if he were the offender. That would mean 3 to 7 years in prison. Please call for a free consultation. I have been a criminal defense lawyer for 28 years.
