How long is the sentences for a person

being charge with aiding and abiding an

aggravted battery.

Actually, it's "accountability" for another's offense. Aggravated battery is a Class 2 felony, and under Illinois law a person accountable for another committing aggravated battery is sentenced as if he were the offender.
