Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was charged with a battery charge during a flashback and nobody was really injured. Can I be charged for this? I told several people I loved that I hated them for blowing up my friends as well I was told. I don't remember any of this.

I recommend you consult with a Criminal Defense attorney in your area.
