i have court tomarrow. what are the possible consequences for battery?

It depends. What kind of battery? If it is misdemeanor battery, then the maximum sentence is $2500 and 364 days in jail. But, you're not likely to receive a sentence that is this harsh for misdemeanor battery; the offer/sentence you will receive will depend on a number of variables.

The possible cosequences of a misdomeanor battery are up to 364 days in Cook County Jail, up to $2,500 in fines and court costs, which have become very expensive. You need a lawyer because you face jail time. If you are sentenced to jail, you are not entitled to any good time off the sentence for battery. Please call for a free consultation.
