Charged with false crimes
I am being charged with two crimes. Neither crime happen. My question is can I sue these individuals for reporting these false reports and can I sue the the officer who pressed the issue?

I think that you should concentrate on winning the criminal cases first. When that happens, you can then think about suing the complaining witnesses. if you are in the Chicago area, please call for a free consultation.

The question is not can you sue, but can you win. That depends on the facts. You should discuss the facts with your lawyer.
