Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i am being charged with a felony drug charge and have almost reached a plea, can part of my probation terms be that i cannot have any contact with a certain individual? isnt that like dictatorship?

In some instances probation does include terms that require "no contact" with individuals.
If you are a FELON you have lost some rights which you once had.
