Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Charged with misdemeanor
I have been charged with a misdemeanor for contributing to the deliquency of a minor. My court date is set for December, what are my options? Someone mentioned supervision over probation, what does that do for my record then?

The first thing you must do is hire a lawyer. Then the lawyer you hire can evaluate the case after knowing all of the facts and properly advise you.
