Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was charged with a misdemeanor domestic violence charge in IL I was in arkansas at the time of the charge and didn't even know I had the charge anyway 13 yrs later while passing through Illinois I was pulled over and arrested for this stayed the night in jail the next day the judge dismissed the case does this effect my right to bare arms
