Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
hello my name is chris, i got in trouble when i was 15 or 16 back in 2004 in gurnee illinois. i was un awear of this till today. i served in the marine corps 4 years and was just recently discharged honorably, and dont understand how the marine corps couldnt find it. i now work in mississippi and tried to apply for a gun permit and got got these chargeds in the mail, disoarderly conduct, battery, and criminal trespass vehicle. im cunfused how this came about. because when i was arrested i was finger printed and then released to my parents and that was it we did not recieve anything in the mail. can anyone help me please cause i need this permit for a job.
