Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

If city police did not arrest and can state police arrest

My question is if the city police did not arrest me, How is it that they have a full police report on me sign by one of their officers and an arrest report? I have never been in their custody or their police station. My second question is if city did not arrest me can someone call their friend from another law enforcement department and have him or her do the arrest?

Re: If city police did not arrest and can state police arrest

Hello. This is obviously false information. You

are entitled to have this expunged from your

records so that no one will ever see it. My

answer to your next question is "no", at least

you cannot be legally arrested by someone from

another police department that this officer may

know. However, if there is an arrest warrant

put out for you in the jurisdiction where you

reside, there is a possibility that another

officer in Illinois in another county may

execute the warrant and arrest you. You need

legal representation to clear this up. You may

have a civil lawsuit. I will be happy to answer

any additional questions that you might have.
