class 1 and 3 felony charge

is it legal to be pulled over, handcuffed and brought back to a residence (where you don't reside) where they present a search warrant and charge you with what they find inside (drugs, firearm, ammunition)?

Never underestimate the Police's capacity to lie to tie you into the crime. They would have to have proof of residency to tie you in. Do you have mail delivered there? Do you have a key to the residence? Hire a lawyer fast.
