class 4 felony retail theft
2 part question !st where can i find more about felony classes in regards to retail theft and 2nd what is the most probable outcome for a 65 yr old woman who got charged with retail theft worth 1000 dollars? jail or probabtion?
i beleive it may be her second offense in 3 years.

A class 4 felony carries a sentence of 1 to 3 years in prison. A most likley sentence for the elderly woman would be probation. Please call for a free consultation.
