class a misdermeaner

i was arrestd on june 16 th for taking 5 bottles of a disinfectant from my co. with out asking i was charged with a class a misdermeaner .. since this is first time being arrested ,i had to post a hundred bond . the valvue was only 70 dollars , i would like to know since first time ever being arrestedwill i get any jail time ?or can my lawyer ask for court supervision and a fine and community service ..

Hello. There should be no

jail time and you should have

an attorney. Your attorney

will probably be able to hold

a conference with the judge

and the prosecutor and make

it possible for you to get

supervision and/or a fine.
