Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
clemency, expungement & or sealing
can I have my record cleared, 1990 conviction for sexual assault? 17 charged as an adult, now 35 married and proud father of 4. There are mitigating circumstances. (1) state offered unlawful restraint as a plea deal. My attorney didn't show on that date so i was given a continuance. The next court date the plea was retracted by the state on the premis that I should of accepted it on the last court date.

Re: clemency, expungement & or sealing
Since you were convicted you need to file a petition for clemency. Call or email me if you want to discuss.
