Re: Does the client's lawyer see edviden of SA?

Hello. The accused could be facing

an extended jail term if convicted. It is important that his attorney see all of the evidence against him. Also it is important that all preliminary motions be filed such as a motion to quash the defendant's arrest and a motion to suppress evidence. Hearings on these motions are great because the accused and his attorney get to see so much of what the State's Attorney will bring out if the case goes to trial. The accused has a constitutional right to see the evidence against him. I will

be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
