closing file of past conviction
To whom it may concern in 1994 i had to plead guilty to felony theft i recieved 2.5 yrs probation i finished in good standing i was told i must write a letter of clemacy to the govenor of illinois to have my file closed because this has kept me from getting some very good paying jobs and i have'nt had anymore problems since this incident
