Community Service
Does community service need to be completed in the county that the offense(underage consumption of alcohol) was committed in?

Hello. This is really up to the judge that
sentenced the person. However, the judges
usually (overwhelmingly) want community service
completed in the same county where the offense
was committed. In this way the sentencing court
can keep a closer tab on whether the offender
actually completed community service.
