Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
As a condition of bond, there is to be no contact with (me) charlotte, and stay 1,000 feet away from her person and residence. Why is this I didn't sign an ex parte?

Special conditions of bond can and are oftentimes set without the defendant being present. It is valid as long as you were given notice through the special conditions of bond.
