Conditional Discharge
A charge of domestic battery was given a ''conditonal discharge'' status by the judge. The accused had to complete a domestic violence course, which he did. Question: Does this mean that he did not receive a conviction?

No. Conditional discharge is non reporting probation.

No, he got probation on the condition that he perform the conditions of same.
