Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Conditional Discharge
I would like to know what can happen to me if I violate conditional discharge in the state of illinois.
Also..I am joining the air force and I would like to know if there is anyway i may be relieved of conditional discharge so that i may go to boot camp. ( i can not go if i am under conditional discharge)

You posted your question under South Carolina. You need to go back and resubmit your question under Illinois. Lawyers are licensed in particular states. All states have laws that vary from one state to the next. As a South Carolina lawyer, I have no idea what the laws are in Illinois. Good luck
