You have not provided me with enough information to answer your question. Is it the plea of not guilty you entered at arraignment? Or did you plead guilty, and now want to change that? That is very difficult to do. You must have legal reasons to change your plea, and a motion must be filed within 30 days of the sentencing. If constitutional issues are involved that were not addressed in court, you may be able to file a post conviction petition. You have 2 years from date of sentencing to file that.
