Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Is it a conflict of interest of a lawyer to represent a defendant charge with a crime, when he has represented another person in a sexual abuse case of his half sister. and also represented the mother of his half-sister in a custody issue?

This is too confusing. Who are the people? How are they related? If the are related, more of a chance for conflicts.
