Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i have contacted my ex husband 5 times within 4 weeks to ask for a copy of a tax return that the irs says we both owe money on. the return is longer available at the irs. mt CPA ex has a copy and says he'll send it but doesn't. i left a message with his boss for the last contact. he then sent me a certified letter stating he would charge me for harassment if i contacted him again. is asking for a legal document, to see IF i signed it or not harassment???
