controlled substance felony
I was convicted o a drug felony in 2003,since then i have not picked up any cases. I have a family now i i want to get it expunged off my record can i?

Maybe - it depends what you were convicted of and your sentence.

The answer is: it depends. If you were sentenced as a first offender under the proper statute you would be eligible to expunge 5 years after your sentence is complete. There may be a chance to seal your records, however, even if you aren't eligible to expunge them. Please call for a free consultation.
