If someone has been convicted on all counts in a jury trial, but has not been sentenced. can they still get a plea bargain if they offer information about other players in the crime?

A defendant can seek to give a proffer of his expected testimony after conviction and prior to sentencing. The defendant should discuss his option with his attorney.
