Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Convicted against the facts
I was recently convicted on four felony charges against the facts. i feel the conviction was based on a personal theory made by the trial judge and states attorney.i was also misrepresented by a public defender due to being indigent.what would be the best thing to do?
