Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was convicted 5 years ago in federal court for felony theft. Can I get my federal arrest record expunged? This is my first and only conviction.

No. However, keep yur ears and eyes open, there was some legistlation proposed to allow for expungement, but to the best of my knoweldge it did not pass.
